Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

All our creations are handmade and not machine-made. Handmade jewellery may have irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishments. The stones used may vary in color and shade in the pictures. Making a purchase with us indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  1. We do not accept cancellation of orders. If there is a valid reason for cancellation, it must be informed to us within two hours and a credit note of the same amount will be given, which will be valid for 6 months. No refund will be made.
  2. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  3. We suggest reading the product description carefully before making a purchase. We will try to mention all possible information on our website. If you have any queries, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
  4. We accept returns only if the product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect product was sent. We will repair/replace the piece and ship it back to you.
  5. If the product is damaged on arrival or incorrect, it has to be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the original ones from the customers. We do not have a pick-up facility for returns. The return address will be emailed to you.
  6. The product must be returned within 7 days with original packaging, bill, price tags, freebies, and accessories.
  7. Cancellation by us, there might be certain orders that we are unable to process due to various reasons. In this case, the amount credited to us will be refunded. 
  8. Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please go through the description for all product details before placing the order.
