Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping within India, for International orders shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
2. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order placed.
3. Shipment time varies with the logistics partner we are associated with. For international orders, the shipping time varies based on the country, between 15 to 30 days. We are not liable for any delivery delay by the shipping partner. 
4. Shipping can be tracked through order tracking. 
5. For international orders, Any extra charges (tax/ customs/ tariffs) will be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible if your order is on hold at customs for clearance. 
6. In case of shipment being returned due to nonavailability/non-reachability of the receiver, the customer has to pay the shipping charges for re-shipping the consignment.

Returns & Exchange

1. Making a purchase with us indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
2. We do not provide refund or accept returns/exchanges.
3. We suggest reading the product description carefully before making a purchase. We will try to mention all possible information on our website. If you have any queries, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
4. If the product is damaged on arrival or its a wrong product then it has to be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the original ones from the customers. The return address will be emailed to you.
5. Cancellation by us, there might be certain orders that we are unable to process due to various reasons. In this case, the amount credited to us will be refunded. 
6. Since each item is handcrafted, there may be minor imperfections in the jewellery that add more value.
7. The jewellery has been photographed under lights hence colour of the image may slightly vary with the actual product.
